Cava De sota terra
With a minimum ageing time between 12 and 24 months. Pale yellowfish colour with small and persistent size bubble in glass.
Cava J. Raventós Roig
With 12-15 months in ageing in rima. Produced from the three local varieties of D.O Cava in equal measure. Pale yellowfish colour and medium size bubble in glass.
Cava Mas Galí
Pale yellow color with green hues. With fine bubbles forming uniform half crown. In the nose is free, clean and with a strong record in fruit (peach and pear).
Cava J. Raventós Roig Brut Rose
Produced according to the traditional method (“méthode traditionnelle”) from a wine made with the best varietal grapes of Garnacha, Monastrell and Trepat.
With 12-15 months in ageing “in rima” (in special containers for holding the bottles in position). Produced from the three varieties of D.O Cava in equal measure.
Its golden yellowfish colour is clean and bright with greenish highlights. Its bubble is small and constant.
Cava Pont Romà
With a half upbringing of 15 months in bottle. Elaborated with the three autochthonous varieties of the D.O. Cava 40% Macabeo, 45% Xarel.lo and 15% Parellada, their colour is yellow pale with greenish shades.
