Cava J. Raventós Roig Brut Rose

Produced according to the traditional method (“méthode traditionnelle”) from a wine made with the best varietal grapes of Garnacha, Monastrell and Trepat.

The colour is intense strawberry with small and numerous bubbles, which come up slowly, creating a light crown with gooseberry aromas.

Fresh, lively and well-structured.

Ideal to serve with aperitives, rice dishes and white meats.

It is commercialized in Brut Rose.

Its optimum serving temperature is between 6 and 8 ºC
