Cava Krismanel

With 12-15 months in ageing in rima. Produced from the three local varieties of D.O Cava in equal measure. Pale yellowfish colour and medium size bubble in glass.

Abundant and regular release of bubbles rising in formation with a good corona.

Its ageing provides youth needed to maintain a fruity and fresh aroma. Besides, it is palatable, without feeling too much acidity and carbon.

It is commercialized in Brut.

Its optimum serving temperature is between 5 and 6 ºC
