Pale yellowfish colour and medium size bubble in glass. Abundant and regular release of bubbles rising in formation with a good corona.
Its ageing provides youth needed to maintain a fruity and fresh aroma. Besides, it is palatable, without feeling too much acidity and carbon.
Its optimum serving temperature is between 5 and 6 ºC
