Elaborated under the strict traditional method. It’s made with a wine which comes from the best grapes of varieties “Garnatxa”, “Montsarell” and “Trepat”.
Intense strawberry colour. Abundant small bubbles rising slowly and forming a slight corona with primary aromas of red currant.
Fresh, lively and well-structured. Ideal as an accompaniment for appetizers, rice and white meat.
Its optimum serving temperature is between 6 and 8 ºC
